Superior Strength:

Vault Uses drawntubing on all vertical columns. Most competitors use extruded tube with a seam creating a weak spot in the tube. Vault Scaffold also uses solid castings made from 356 T6 were other manufactures use die cast or vented serrated castings which failed in a compression test with less load than Vault Scaffold.

Vault Scaffold Platforms are made with 1/2″ A/B Marine grade plywood. Upright Scaffold uses 3/8 inch plywood with a fenolic finish. ALL Vault Scaffold platform components are feild replaceable. Werner Scaffold and UpRight Scaffold platforms are not.

Vault standard scaffold products are interchangeable with most competitors scaffold including UpRight scaffold and Werner Scaffold. We just need to know what brand you are replacing parts on. In addition we can also manufacture custom designs and dementions to meet your customer’s requirements.
